Product Introduction

1、 Overview
This manual is applicable to the installation, use, and maintenance of the LDY type metallurgical electric single beam crane, for use by installation, operation, and maintenance personnel.
1. Main purpose
The LDY type metallurgical electric single beam crane (hereinafter referred to as the crane) is a space transportation tool designed in accordance with the JB/T1306-2008 standard and in compliance with the Quality Inspection Office's special [375] document, used in conjunction with the YHII type electric hoist. Its main function is to complete the displacement of heavy objects required for lifting and transportation in the metallurgical production process in a timely and rapid manner through lifting hooks or other lifting devices in an intermittent and periodic manner. 2. Scope of application
LDY type crane is suitable for working in working level A6, working environment temperature ≤ 60 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, altitude below 2000m, and non corrosive medium environment conditions.
3. Environmental conditions
(1) The power supply of the crane is three-phase AC, with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 380V (if the power supply voltage and frequency are different from this regulation, the power supply voltage and frequency of the place of use should be specified when ordering). The upper limit of voltage fluctuation allowed on the motor and electrical control equipment is+10% of the rated voltage, and the lower limit (during peak current) is -15% of the rated voltage. 4. Noise
When the crane is in a non enclosed factory building, with no other noise interference and a lifting height of not less than 5m, measured on the ground, the overall noise of the crane is not greater than 85 dB (A) when the lifting weight Q ≤ 5t, and not greater than 90 dB (A) when the lifting weight Q ≥ 5t
2、 Structure and performance parameters of cranes
The structure of a crane mainly consists of three parts: bridge frame, metallurgical electric hoist, and electrical system (see Figure 2 and random diagram). The bridge is used to support and vertically move loads, consisting of a metal structure and a running mechanism. The metal structure includes three parts: the main beam, the end beam, and the connection between the main and end beams. The operating mechanism consists of four parts: driving device, transmission device, braking device, and wheel set. Metallurgical electric hoists bear the lifting and lateral movement loads. The electrical system consists of a main circuit and a control circuit.
1. Bridge structure
The main beam is welded from cold-formed U-shaped channel steel and I-beams to form a solid web beam or welded from steel plates to form a box beam. The end beam is a box shaped structure welded with U-shaped channel steel, and the main and end beams are connected by bolts and shear flanges or a seat structure, which is easy to install and convenient for transportation and storage.
2. Operating mechanism
The operating mechanism adopts a separate driving form (see Figure 1), and the driving and braking are completed by a conical rotor motor. Its advantage is that it can reduce the wear and tear caused by wheel tilting and deviation, and is less prone to wheel climbing and falling off the track faults. Operating speed: Ground operation is generally 20 or 30 m/min. In general, single speed manufacturing is used. If users require other speed control methods, they should consult with the design department before signing the contract to determine whether they can be used, and this should be specified in the purchase contract.
3. Lifting mechanism
The installation of the crane is equipped with two independent braking devices - the brake and safety brake (i.e. dual brake), and an overload limiter. The metallurgical electric hoist forms the lifting mechanism, which can lift heavy objects and move laterally along the main beam.
4. Electrical system
The lifting operation motor of the metallurgical electric hoist adopts a conical rotor motor with a large starting torque to adapt to frequent direct starting during intermittent operation of the crane. To adapt to environments with temperatures exceeding 40 ℃, motors with insulation level H and high-temperature resistant cables are used. The operation of the crane is achieved by pressing the button switch (flashlight door) to connect or disconnect the contact of the contactor from the power supply of the motor. Its main circuit and control circuit have fewer electrical components, simple wiring, and easy use and maintenance. Adopt insulation protection measures outside electrical equipment such as motors.
5. Form of manipulation
(1) Ground operation: Operators control the flashlight door button on the ground to control the crane for lifting operations. Crane operating speed ≤ 30m/min.
(2) Remote control operation: Operators hold a remote control to control the crane for lifting operations.
Attention: It is recommended to use remote control operation as much as possible for this product to protect personnel safety.
